You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local and international laws. Misuse of Services may result in suspension or termination of your account.


2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • Rebanx reserves the right to verify your identity (KYC) before enabling access to certain Services.


3. Virtual Card Creation and Funding

  • After account verification, you may create a virtual card for online payments.

  • Cards must be funded before use. Available balance sets the card spending limit.

  • Supported funding methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other payment options.

  • Transactions attempted without sufficient funds will be declined.


4. Card Payment Transactions

  • All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted gateways.

  • Payments can be made to any merchant or platform that accepts card payments.

  • Transaction history and real-time balance updates are visible in your dashboard.

  • Rebanx does not store full card details; all sensitive information is handled securely by our trusted payment processors.


5. Balance Monitoring

  • Your card balance updates in real-time after each transaction.

  • Notifications will alert you of low balance or significant transactions.

  • You can top up your card at any time; the spending limit will adjust automatically based on available funds.


6. Security and Fraud Prevention

  • We use industry-leading security measures to protect user accounts and card information.

  • All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity.

  • In case of detected fraud, your card may be temporarily frozen or permanently disabled.

  • Users must keep login credentials secure and are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA).


7. Refunds and Disputes

  • Rebanx does not directly handle merchant refunds. Refunds must be requested from the merchant.

  • Chargebacks initiated without merchant involvement may result in account suspension.

  • Rebanx may assist in providing transaction information for disputes but is not liable for merchant policies.


8. Suspension and Termination of Services

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for suspicious activity, fraud, or violations of Terms or Service Policy.

  • Suspension may require resolution of outstanding issues before access is restored.

  • Permanent termination will result in loss of remaining funds without refund.

  • Appeals may be submitted to support, but final decisions rest with Rebanx.


9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, or financing terrorism.

  • Use services for unauthorized or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit any system vulnerabilities.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted access, security, or error-free performance.

  • Rebanx is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the total funds in your account at the time of any incident, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


11. Modification of Service Policy

Rebanx may update this Service Policy to reflect changes in services, laws, or security practices. Updates will be posted on www.rebanx.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
